That's what an independent academic study released yesterday concluded -as Loto-Quebec ramps up preparations to launch its own brand of online gambling before Christmas to compete with a plethora of offshore and unregulated sites.
Quebec's online bettors are largely unmarried males under age 44 with much more pronounced penchant for puffing pot than other gamblers, the study indicated."
